The High Performance Lab is your boutique personal training gym with experienced trainers in different ranges of approach, from mobility to strength, resilience and high intensity. We are the only gym that offers privacy-to-the-max training. When your time slot is booked, there are no other members allowed, so we can fully focus on getting your highest performance possible.

Intake # 1
We plan a thorough intake where we talk about your goals, strengths, weaknesses, mobility and your availability.
ADVICE # 2
After that we will give you personalized advice on your training schedule.
BODY SCAN # 3
If necessary we can offer you a range of body scans with our InBody scale and a personalized meal plan together with our dietist.

Whether you’re looking for a customized program or one of our standard packages, we’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your needs and helps you reach your goals. We believe in tailoring our approach to each individual, because we know that everyone is different.

Options to fully push and grind to the being the best version of yourself. These are one on one training sessions with our professional trainers. Try it out once, or take it to the next level with one of our packages.

They say great things come in pairs and if you find the right partner, we offer duo training as well. Together you can set goals and push each other to that limit. An extra incentive to get up in the morning is not that bad at all.

Want to have an out-of-office get together and are you stimulated by training in a group, we also offer small group training which is limited to a maximum of four people.
