Options to fully push and grind to the being the best version of yourself. These are one on one training sessions with our professional trainers. Try it out once, or take it to the next level with one of our packages.

They say great things come in pairs and if you find the right partner, we offer duo training as well. Together you can set goals and push each other to that limit. An extra incentive to get up in the morning is not that bad at all.

Want to have an out-of-office get together and are you stimulated by training in a group, we also offer small group training which is limited to a maximum of four people.

In addition to our training packages, we offer a body scan with our InBody scale. It’s the “x-ray without the picture”. We will measure on a regular basis and create a training schedule based on your scan.

Private Gym Hire

Do you have your own trainer and you want to use our gym as your hub? No worries, be our guest. You get the keys to the kingdom and come in and train yourself or with your own personal trainer. *These hours are available outside peak hours

Are your trainers certified?

Yes, our trainers are all 100% certified. Want to know more about our trainers, please drop us a line via our contact page.

I’m pregnant, can I come in for personal training?

Yes definitely, we have special and personalised training routines for pregnant and post party women. When pregnant your ligaments turn soft so we need to be careful with certain body movements.

I would like my child to get personal training, is that possible?

Yes, our trainers are all certified to train children. If it’s extra training aside from sports they already do, or if we need to guide a weight loss routine, we’ve got you.

Do you also have female trainers?

Yes we do, we work with both male and female trainers, please let us know via our contact page which you prefer.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course everybody is welcome, we offer duo training as well. It’s a good way to keep eachother motivated.

I have an injury, can I still train?

This depends on the nature of the injury, in most cases we can adapt your training routine. But first let us know what is the matter 😉
